According to me the punishment period should be more of a realisation period of ones bad deeds. A prison should not be jail but an institution. Although there are serious offenders of crime, they should b kept in separate floors and must be t oughened physiologic altogethery as well to overcome their state of mind. The building of a facility must be vast and spacious. A rectangular building with concrete as building component of the facility, as it is long-lived and secure. For security reason the number of guards must me double than that of inmates, to help in emergency situations. It must fork over sports and recreational activities for the inmates. One cell should accommodate two inmates. All inmates must be in gruesome and white striped jumpsuits, wearing their identity cards all the time to ensure their identity.Along with all this a good administration is also necessary for a proper working of a correctional facility.
